Roger Tyler

Roger Tyler is an American Actor/Writer from Richmond, Virginia. His passion for acting developed at an early age while doing theater in elementary and middle school. After receiving a Radio/Television Broadcasting certification in High School, Roger sought new opportunities, landing roles in independent films and commercial tv. His ongoing work with many Richmond production companies include Showtime's "Homeland" as well as the lead on an episode of TVOne's "For My Man".

Roger continues to evolve as an actor and improve his craft with lead roles in the comedic “I Should Have Caught You” and thriller short “Together.” Behind the lens Roger also serves as producer of the short film Daughter (2022), which he wrote and is also featured in.

In addition to a growing resume his background work on network tv and major motion picture films includes Wonder Woman 1984 (HBO Max), House of Cards (Netflix), The Good Lord Bird (Showtime), Swagger (Apple TV), Charm City Kings (HBO Max), and Messiah (Netflix).
